- Next, download the Retail Client Terms of Business form here
- Read and sign acceptance of these terms on the back page. You will receive this form countersigned by a DCI (International) Ltd. or DCI (Europe) GmbH representative.
- Finally, please provide certified copies of your country-relevant identification documents showing photo and/or address details – e.g. passport, driving license, EU ID card, or voter card as well as a recent utility bill or bank statement. We do require separate photo and address IDs. * For guidance on how to send these documents securely, please contact your local Israel Bonds office here
- If you are in Germany, you must use POSTIDENT or VIDEOIDENT for ID verification: you can download the coupon from our website here.
- If you are elsewhere in the EU, you can use Germany’s VIDEOIDENT ID verification service, also linked from our website here.
Our compliance department will review your account opening request and will aim to have your account opened and approved within one business day.

Payment information
You can pay for a bond in one of three ways:
- Cheque: Cheques must be made payable to the “State of Israel”.
- PayDirect: Available online only in the UK using Truelayer (see our FAQs for more information about Truelayer, the mechanism that will set up the one time transfer in your own online banking account for you.)
- Wire transfer from your bank account: Please follow the payment instructions below.

Before you make a purchase, you must open an account by downloading and completing a Client Information Form and signing a copy of the Retail Client Terms of Business.

No. At the time of purchase, we must have the recipient's name, address, date of birth, email address, and telephone number (if purchasing for a minor, please provide legal guardian’s phone number and email address).
Up to four bondholders can hold a single bond.
Bonds are issued on the 1st and 15th of every month, depending on the offering period during which you are purchasing. Visit our rates page for more information.
The eMazel Tov bond may only be purchased online, while the Mazel Tov bond is not available for online purchase. Each bond has a different minimum subscription, rate, and terms and conditions. Visit our rates page for more information.
Increments are set amounts you can increase your minimum purchase amount by.
PAYMENTS AND HOLDINGS
"Book entry" refers to entry on the books and records of the State of Israel maintained by the fiscal agent relating to your bond. Except in very rare circumstances, you will not receive a certificate for your bond. Instead, your bond will exist as a book entry, and you will receive a statement from Computershare, the fiscal agent for the State of Israel.
