PLEASE NOTE NEW PROCEDURES FOR CHANGE OF ADDRESS AND LOST BONDS , EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 27, 2011:

All Change of address and Lost bond inquiries and requests must be made directly with the State of Israel’s fiscal agent, Computershare Trust Company of Canada.

To update your account details now log-in with Computershare Trust Company of Canada at www.yourisraelbonds.ca or call 1.866.982.8777 Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM EST.

For all statement of holding inquiries, please fill the Statement of Holdings form and either email or mail your statement of holdings request to your nearest State of Israel Bonds office.
